Description
Some call it the best cold brew they’ve ever had. Whether that is because we roast it darker than a lot of cold brews, we’re not entirely sure. What we do know is that when brewed in water for 10-12 hours, the concentrate this blend produces is so versatile, delicious and refreshing, it bears shouting from the rooftops! Named for the unique, stunning Black Canyon (located a short distance from the Las Vegas Strip in Lake Mead National Recreation Area) this brew can be enjoyed straight up, as concentrate, or as the base for a creamy or sweet (or both!) coffee drink on a hot summer day. Or evening. Or anytime really.
Tastes best when ground in a burr grinder just before brewing. Do a coarse grind and then soak in good water (not tap water) overnight or for 10-12 hours. Use 1lb to one gallon ratio for a potent concentrate.
